 "I don't know how to explain it except to say that there are three types of voices in the world. The first are the hideously awful voices that make you want to grit your teeth and remove your inner ear canal (if you've ever seen the first couple of weeks of American Idol, you'll understand what I'm taking about). Then, there are the 'regular' voices. They're pleasant to listen to, in tune, and generally sweet. There's nothing wrong with the voices, they're great for choirs and backgrounds, but they lack the element that can bring down a house. And finally, there are the voices that are beyond beyond. Do these voices come from humans? Of course. Are there times when they aren't exactly perfect, absolutely. But when they are on, they not only stop breaths and elicit gasps from an audience, they literally MOVE people. That's what makes a fantastic singer. The artistic ability to sing not just the lyrics and melody, but sing the MEANING...and hit those clear 'money' notes that make the acoustics ring and audiences go crazy. 
That is the kind of voice you have. That is how listening to you makes me feel.
